JD Property is a bespoke commercial real estate agency, specialising in residential development site sales and acquisitions.

The Director of JD Property, Jason Dao, has had an outstanding career spanning over 12 years.  He has successfully listed, negotiated, and settled on various deals with a combined total of over $165 million in property sales. In addition, he has project managed over $50 million in property developments.

As a former Manager with Colliers Residential Site Sales team, his key focus was to market and sell residential development sites within South East Queensland.

Through working with an extensive range of residential developers and investors, Jason has built strong relations with key decision makers across the residential sector.  Jason is a trusted adviser to his clients.  He utilises his relationship skills and understanding of the property market to achieve great results for all stakeholders.
